Some people seem to think that the photos in my gallery are up for grabs. So far it has happened again and again! Thus, I feel it's time to set some guidelines here, as I have done at livejournal.com. I didn't consider that there would be people here who didn't know me from lj.

The purpose of this gallery is purely to make fans happy. Fans may download the photos for their own PRIVATE enjoyment. That's why I allow people to download the photos, as well as allowing people to get a full view of the pictures without having to download them, because I just think it's more convenient that way.

So, please adhere to the following rules!

1. No copies! Seriously, people, no copies in any way, unless you've asked for and have been given my permission to do so. (Email: jade.cooperama(at)gmail(dot)com)

2. Manipulating or changing the pictures in any way - be it the smallest smiley or some kind of text - is strictly forbidden. I will not even think to dignify any questions of that kind with my attention. I have to pay for every single photo, since I don't have a digital camera and still have to have the photos developed before I can upload them here. Please respect my rights as an artist!

3. If I give you permission to use the photos in some way or other, please upload them to your own server, so DA won't crash because of too much traffic.

4. Giving credit is important, so please put the following somewhere visible for everyone looking at the photos: Credits: © Jade Cooper, http://cooperama.deviantart.com


I might add some rules at a later time.

You're on the safe side and will not suffer my wrath if you just ASK before doing anything with my pictures. I don't bite - at least not as long as you show some interest for my pictures. However, be sure to suffer should I notice that my pictures are being linked to or uploaded to a server without permission. I'm not Jesus - I tend to be unforgiving.
